Four types of derivative available in our catalog
Asn-Fmoc-type and Asn-type N-glycans
Our asparagine (Asn)-linked N-glycans are glycosylated amino acids that can be used directly in solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS).
Bromoacetamide (BrAc)-type N-glycans
N-linked glycans modified with a bromoacetamide (BrAc) group, which can react with a free thiol group on cysteine, are suitable reagents for solution phase glycopeptide synthesis.
Oxazoline-type glycans are suitable glycosyl donors for the enzymatic trans-glycosylation (also known as glycan remodeling) of antibodies and other biotherapeutics.
